The BNA includes a few adverts/notices relating to a James Parry of Blaisdon,

eg;

Gloucestershire Chronicle
15 Nov 1834

"One Guinea Reward.
LOST, on Monday, Nov. 10th, in Blaisdon Wood, a Brown SETTER DOG, answers to the name of Ranger.— Any Person bringing the said Dog to Mr. James Parry, Spout Farm, Blaisdon, will receive the above reward."

Was James Parry a trusted employee of the Coleman family, hence the marriage to Betsey Coleman ?, as follows;

eg advert Gloucester Journal, 5 Jan 1839, advertises auction at the Red Lion, Huntley, of 50 Superior Oak trees and 800 prime Larch poles.....James Parry, residing at Little London will show the Lots, further particulars .....Mr John Coleman of Longhope.

Another very similar advert includes;
Gloucester Journal 26 February 1842 for auction at Lower George Inn, Gloucester, re trees & coppice timber at Blaisdon, ..... James Parry, Little London, will show the Lots, other info from John Coleman Longhope or Solomon Coleman Solicitor Longhope.

and

Gloucester Journal 6 March 1815; timber auction at Red Hart, Blasidon, James Parry(the Woodward) will shew the wood....John Coleman Longhope.

also

"8 December 1831 - Cheltenham Chronicle, Marriages;
On Tuesday, at Blaisdon, in this county, by the Rev. Mr Black, Mr J. Drinkwater, of the Pool House, Huntley, to Caroline, eldest daughter of Mr James Parry, of the former place."

Not sure if this is relevant, but the Gloucestershire Echo of 29 March 1945 has a detailed article and photo;
"LOCAL CENTENARIAN MRS GEORGE WYNN.
CHELTENHAM today lost another of its centenarians by the death of Mrs. George Wynn, of Blaisdon, Alstone Croft. She died this morning in her 101 st year—she would have been 101 on July 25 next. Born in Herefordshire, came to Cheltenham in early 20s.....her mother Mrs James Parry of Tewkesbury, lived to within months of her century, dying in 1915".

I think the Blaisdon reference is a house name, but this, plus her mother's name...

???

The previous year the same paper 25 July 1944 carries an article about her receiving her 100th birthday Telegram, stating she's Cheltenham's oldest resident, mentions her son & daughter Mr Ernest H Wynn and Miss Laura Wynn, plus more family, also her birthplace at Knottwood Hill, Blaisdon.

QED ??
