Thanks jennyandfamily. Have responded by email but also not sure whether you received it. In any case, your relationships seem to be unique in the world of family trees but as a direct descendant more likely to be correct than the host of trees that have no citations! The majority have Dinah Davis (or Penelope Symonds) married to a John Skipp(e) (1683-1751), as a son of Richard (1637-1715)and Elizabeth. Whilst I have found the baptism for your John (1684-1777) on this wonderful source FOD, I haven't been able to find any record for the death/burial. And why "John 1707-1751 who married Dinah Davis (buried at church near The Grange, Flaxley)" in particular? Am happy to continue discussing by email at calaughton@yahoo.com, if we can make the connection!
