St Briavels record ID 181854 ref EDWARDS/WILLIAMS marriage (General)
I'm still checking this out - can't make up my mind whether William WILLIAMS, father was another William.
Do you use the 1841 & 1861 Index on the website - just had a quick look and there is a Richard WILLIAMS aged 60 and a Richard WILLIAMS aged 35 - place: St Briavels Common - will have a look on Ancestry.
