Could Emma WOODWARD and Emma WATKINS be the same person (General)

Emma Woodward is definitely the daughter of Frederick Woodward & Eve Watkins. I have the birth cert.
Thomas Frederick Woodward* is Emma's son and was born at 6 Clifton St. Easton Bristol on 5/5/1892. On the 1901 he is living with his aunt Eliza Dance(nee Woodward) at Ruardean Hill. Eliza,who was employed as a servant in 1891 at 35/36 Caledonian Place Bristol, m. William Henry Dance in 1892.
In 1901 Emma was living in Royston S.Yorks where I was born.
Eve Watkins (Woodward) married Thomas Pratt in 1888 after Frederick's death and in 1901 was living at East Dean and Frederick (my GF)was living with her.

A Kate Woodward,whom I have not as yet connected directly to my line,married James Mills in 1877.On the 1891 census her daughter Elizabeth M Mills is living at 28 Blenheim Rd Barton St Mary in Gloucester with her Aunt Elizabeth who is Kate's sister.

*I could really do with finding descendents of TFW who could possibly help solve the mystery!
