Searching for Meeks from the forest of dean. My great grandfather
Bertram John was born here. His parents were John and Jane who were
born around 1860. They had seven children all born between 1886 and
1902. They were called Harold Frederick Arthur (Herbert) Giles
Bertram John Henrietta and Arthur.
The majority of the family worked as miners.
