William Hicks born 1794.I have been trying to find confirmation of his marriage to "Mercy" probably in 1818 in Ross Herefordshire. The only William Hicks I can find on this site at that time is married to Mary. I have also tried th I.G.I. site.I would be most grateful for any help.
