I viewed the message from Lorri minutes after it was posted. After researching the data I added information to the 1901 Wales Census details on Ancestry for John Dukelow. I considered that, as the request was not within the boundaries of this site, I would contact Lorri offline. However, as the discussion continued, I have not done so.

Please can you tell me what is now considered to be within the boundary of this site?

Its a fine balance and sometimes things go off at a tangent :-) stiffling enthusiasm is sometimes necessary, but thankfully a rare course of action for the Moderator / Admin.

In this case I suspect " we " were hoping to find a FoD connection - St Arvans/Chepstow is about the closest so far, or a clue in NZ or other records, that might point to a more specific place for the WATKINS connection.

With hindsight your observations are a reminder to help keep the replies to the FoD and not wander too far either geographically or otherwise.

Lorri may log on again and reply (?)

many thanks

S
