James WILLIAMS St Briavels (General)

Not sure if we have corresponded before..
Joseph Williams married Sarah Worgan in Dec 1812 in Bristol[St James PC]
They had children: Maria,Selina,Sarah and James and lived St Briavels Common/Hudnalls. In 1841 1851.. Sarah Williams was widowed,as head of household.. with her son James Williams who was a sailor/mariner/waterman. daughter Maria had married William Hathaway [both died in 1840s],daughter Selina had married William Good,daughter Sarah had died whilst young. James went on to marry Jane Parry,daughter of John Parry, mariner/waterman but died in late 1850s. This family moved to Bristol.

Joseph Williams, who died in 1829, appears to have been the son of Francis Williams of Hewelsfield and his second wife Mary Bowen of Tintern.
