Hi Rob,
I see you've not been on the forum since 2013, so I hope you see this post against your thread from 2012. I've just revisited this thread while discussing the Zulu War on this related thread.

For the first time I've seen this Roll of men who were at Rorke's Drift. I don't know how definitive it is thought to be.

Unfortunately Courtney Frowen's name does not appear to be on that list, despite his aforementioned letter being mentioned on the same website ?

I was wondering if this is because it's been confirmed that he was indeed serving under an alias, a possibility we've discussed ? Is it possible that since this thread started your subsequent researches has produced more information about "Courtney" which would allow this thread to be updated, if so I hope you can help ?
