Joseph POPE 1837 Cinderford Tailor (General)

Arthur Pope was my Great Grandfather. His son Alec Pope lived at the same address on High Street (48A) with his wife Helen (Rhona Helen Mary Baldwin) until his death in 2000. Alec was a keen geneaologist and local historian and has traced the Pope family back to Richard Pope and Mary Hollister of Stinchcombe in ~1620. I have his family tree (though sadly not the reams of source documentation he collected) if anyone is looking for information on local Popes.
