Instead of finding Harry's death Record (I searched Henry R.Harris' as well),
I found this rather awkward record... which fits perfectly, and far from dead.

But struggling to find James in later Census'.

Back to the Harris family, I'm struggling to find any of them in later records eg marriages and deaths. Do we know what happened to any of them ?.
They seem to have travelled around a lot !
I suggest the 1939 Register is worth searching if possible.
