Cheers again Peter, yes I've used that myself, its very good !.
Think I was just so focussed on trying to find "old" photos I foolishly didn't think of the "now", or at least not regarding the pub itself. Maybe cos seem to spend so much time these days talking about great old pubs that have now been demolished, grr.

Still seems odd that despite lot's of searching not one photo or mention ever came up, presumably cos its a bit no-mans land twixt the 2 counties, and to be fair it's perhaps not the most photo-genic / picturesque of buildings.
