When searching the Licence/Marriage Bonds (or the Parish Records)

It is best to use the Soundex on the Surname e.g.

GWYNETT/GWINNETT/GWINNETT/GWINATT/GUINETT/GWMNETT - all appear in the records.

The Licence usually shows more information, occupation, age etc (Bond not so much info) -- So there can be two copies in the records i.e. Licence and Bond.
