Thomas NASH born in 1700s and his descendants (General)

Adelaide NASH
I was going by a family tree drawn up some 20 years ago based on memories from family members long since dead, so its accuracy seems very dubious now.
Certainly the documented Adelaide NASH does not appear to have anything to do with James and Mary NASH, so this looks a bit of a dead end now. However, my grandmother (ie James/Mary Nash' granddaughter) did talk about an Aunt Polly that was on her fathers side of the family, but who she was or how she fitted in I have no idea.
It would seem that Adelaide was not in my part of the family.
By the way I did find Adelaide NASH in the 1861 census with her parents Emmanuel & Amey and in the 1871 census:
Adelaide Nash b1856 Parkend servant (in household of Amos & Lavinia Preece, Red House, East Dean, Westbury on Severn
