I have only just seen these postings - oh dear, what a blow if a solution is not found. I now feel very guilty because I have had so much help from this wonderful site over the years, freely given with much kindness. My knowledge of modern computer systems is unfortunately quite woeful (I was a shorthand typist in my younger days) & hubby is 81 with his own health issues now so this site has always been a joy to forget everyday problems.

I really hope an answer can be found for this very difficult situation.
