Edward Percy PHILLIPS 1895-1942 UPDATE (General)

I had a phone call this morning from one of Edwards sons, and Edward is buried in St Peters churchyard in Newnham, and his wifes (Lena) ashes were scattered there too. I have the phone number of the vicar there, I got it when we visited the graveyard 2 weeks ago, so I will give her a ring. And yes I must have been quite close to him, I do hope I didn't walk over him as it's an unmarked grave.
I had a lovely chat and found out a bit more about Edward and the family and we exchanged stories, and have also got several e-mail addresses for other members of the family, including Edward's other son who lives in Brazil.
After months of looking I feel as though I've won the lottery!! This has all been made possible because of this wonderful site.
