I have encountered an Am(e)y Roberts in my research.
She was born as Amey in 1805 to Richard and Rachel (Record id 424628).
I believe she gave birth to James Roberts in 1827 as Amy (Record id 325105),and perhaps to Charlotte Roberts in 1829 as Amy(Record id 155032).
She was married as Amy to William Hawkins in 1831 (Record id 36335).
She gave birth to Emily in 1834 as Aimy (Record id 134043).
She is recorded in the 1841 census as Emely with chidren Emma, John ,William and James Roberts in SEWDLEY GREEN.
She gave birth to Richard in 1843 as Amy (Record id 226085).
She is recorded in the 1851 census as Emly with William chidren Emily, John ,William, Richard, David and George.
She is recorded in the 1861 census as Emily with William chidren John, David and George.
She is recorded in the 1871 census as Anny (the original record looks more like Ammey} with son Johnand his family.
She is buried in 1872 (Record id 54856) and may she rest in peace after such a busy life!!!
Is this the same person you are referring to and if so where have I gone wrong?
